The India-born singer Christina Paul might be a new name for many music fans here in the States, but, as noted in her recent press release, Christians in India have adored her music and ministry for many years. In fact, she has released nine albums in India since her last release in the United States. She has also done many national television appearances in India in recent years, but now she’s turning her attention back to the United States.

If you’d like to get to know Christina, her new album Lord of All promises to be the perfect introduction — primarily because she wrote every song on it, so the music and lyrics accurately portray her heart and her walk with Christ. The album was produced in Nashville by Grammy-winning producer, Phil Naish (Steven Curtis Chapman, Point of Grace, Jaci Valesquez). The lyrics express a fervent heart for missions and a close walk with her Heavenly Father, and the musical styles include ballads, praise and worship songs, and even some R&B.

Christina Paul Lord of All At Rocking Gods HouseAccording to a recent press statement, the album “speaks to the hearts of listeners…to completely rely on [God], to have compassion toward others and to be His hands and feet and make a difference in the world.”

There’s more to Christina Paul than music. In 2010 she launched Christ For All Ministries with her husband Paul Jeyasingh. She said this about the ministry:

“God has filled my heart with compassion for hurting people, those who do not know Christ. My mission is to support and to build an army for Jesus, working to win souls for His Kingdom. By God’s grace, we have the right people supporting us and we have sixteen full-time missionaries working in northern parts of India where it is still dark and the light of Jesus needs to be shown! The Harvest is plenty but the laborers are few!”

Christian was not only born in India, but she was raised quite literally on the stage when she began joining her parents, who were Christian recording artists in India, during their concerts. She also met the love of her life in India through an arranged marriage, as is the custom there. She eventually moved to the United States with her husband and daughter and now serves as one of the worship leaders at her church Victory in Lakeland, Florida.

Christina will be touring this fall, and you can find out more about her music and ministry at her website.
